During the low season (01/05-30/06 & 01/09-30/09) reservations cancelled at least 72 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be fully refunded, exept fees of bank and booking fee. --- Cancellations less than 72 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be charged for the first night. --- During the high season (01/07-31/08) reservations if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show at least one week, prior to the arrival date, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.. --- Cancellations less than one week, prior to the arrival date, full stay will be charged. --- You must present a photo ID when checking in. --- Your credit card is not charged at the time you book, exept the payment you make. --- Your reservation is prepaid 30% and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. --- Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property. --- Please note: Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. In all rooms is forbiden smoking. --- At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. --- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
